Fluorocarbon spraying is a kind of electrostatic spraying and liquid spraying. The suspension type refers to the pretreatment and spraying of aluminum materials, and the aluminum materials are suspended during the curing process. The excellent fluorocarbon coating has metallic luster, bright color and obvious stereoscopic sense.

Pretreatment process: degreasing and decontamination of aluminum products ➤ water washing ➤ alkali washing (degreasing) ➤ water washing ➤ pickling ➤ water washing ➤ chromizing ➤ water washing ➤ pure water washing
Spraying process: spraying primer ➤ topcoat ➤ finishing paint ➤ baking (180-250 ℃) ➤ quality inspection
Difference between electrostatic powder spraying and fluorocarbon spraying: powder spraying is to use powder spraying equipment (electrostatic spraying machine) to spray the powder coating on the surface of the workpiece. Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powder coating. For aluminum profiles, it is necessary to carry out surface spraying. There are three main spraying methods:
1. Fluorocarbon spraying of Ω rotating disc for aluminum profile: firstly, the workpiece mode is put on the production line, and then the preliminary treatment is carried out, until the Ω rotary disc is used for automatic electrostatic spraying primer, and then the primer is leveled, and then the Ω rotary disc is used for automatic electrostatic spraying of the top coat, and then the finishing coat is applied to the automatic electrostatic spraying finishing paint, and then the leveling cover is applied Finish, then dry and cool naturally until the workpiece is removed from the production line.
2. Vertical electrostatic spraying of aluminum profile matrix: firstly, the workpiece is placed on the production line for preliminary treatment, and then the primer is sprayed with Ω rotary disc, and then the primer is leveled. Then, the top coat is sprayed by electrostatic spray gun automatically, and then the plane paint is flowed. Then, the finishing paint is sprayed automatically by the electrostatic spray gun, and then the finishing paint is dried and natural after the finishing paint is leveled Cool down until the workpiece is removed from the production line.
3. Aluminum profile electrostatic spraying gun fluorocarbon spraying: first, the workpiece is placed on the production line, and then the preliminary treatment is carried out to obtain the automatic electrostatic spraying primer, and the electrostatic spraying gun or rotating cup is used for spraying. Then wait for the primer to be leveled, spray paint on the self-contained electrostatic spraying surface, and then use the electrostatic spray gun to carry out the top coat leveling, and then use the electrostatic spray gun to automatically spray the finishing paint. Wait until the finishing paint is leveled, turned into a solid state, and cooled naturally, until the workpiece is removed from the production line.
